America vs. Fentanyl
In my honest opinion America is “losing the war on Fentanyl” by choice. The amount of money involved in illegal drugs is so enormous, anyone on the outside can’t begin to imagine. Let’s say tomorrow you wake up and all illegal street drugs are gone, vanished…there would be hundreds of thousands of people out of a job. All the police would have to lay off about half of their officers, not including their drug task force/narcotics units. The jails would not be nowhere near the capacity they’re at today so there goes half of the CO’s. All the rehabs wouldn’t be needed anymore so there they go as well. The DEA wouldn’t know what the fuck to do with themselves. Probation & parole officers, most of them wouldn’t have a job anymore either. No more violations for hot urines or court-mandated rehab.
Drugs is big business in this country. The USA buys more drugs than any other country on Earth. You take away the drugs you take away a gigantic business that trillions of dollars are made off of every year. So when these assholes get on the “news” and talk that shit about how drugs destroy families & communities they’re full of shit. At this point in this country the drug game is needed. If they really wanted to stop people from using drugs they could do it, but the money pile is too big and too many people make a living off of drugs one way or the other.
For instance, back in the day here in Philly they had Operation Sunrise and Operation Safe Streets. Speaking as someone who was smack dead in the middle of a vicious drug habit, I got to witness the shutdown firsthand. The cops were parked on every single known drug corner throughout the entire city. You couldn’t find anything anywhere for months. Then the funding ran out from the FEDS and shit was back to normal. So I saw with my own eyes, the city & federal government shut the drug game down because they wanted to or needed to for whatever reason. If they could do it then they could do it now. They just choose not to. The fentanyl, homelessness, the retail thefts and robberies, no bail, all this shit isn’t just happening. The powers that be in this nut-ass country have a plan, and we’re watching it unfold every day. I’m not getting into the conspiracies & all that so don’t worry, no Alex Jones videos or other crazy shit (that ends up most of the time being true BTW). Anyway, that’s just my 2 cents on this whole freakshow in this country. Sorry for the rant.
