Hip Hop 50: Vol. 2 Featuring Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, Jay Electronica, Nas & More
The highly-anticipated EP, Hip Hop 50: Vol. 2, produced by Swizz Beatz and Mass Appeal, has been released.
The seven-track project, which clocks in at just under 20 minutes, features a star-studded list of guest contributors including Nas, Lil Wayne, JAY-Z, Jadakiss, Benny The Butcher, Scar Lip, Fivio Foreign, Bandmanrill, Lil Durk, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, and Jay Electronica. There is also a special bonus track yet to be released.
Described as “an ode to New York rap,” Vol. 2 follows DJ Premier’s Vol. 1 from July 2022, both serving as celebrations of hip-hop’s 50th anniversary this year. Vol. 1 featured appearances from Nas, Remy Ma, Joey Bada$$, Lil Wayne, Rapsody, Run The Jewels, and others.
