Krush Groove chronicles the early days of Def Jam Recordings when their label had some of the hottest acts. Included are Run-D.M.C., Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde, and Kurtis Blow. Also featured were the Fat Boys, Sheila E., the Beastie Boys, LL Cool J, New Edition, and Full Force. A classic 1980’s hiphop movie if nothing else, that shows how Run-D.M.C. started to blow up back in the day.
