Perm from Rostock, Germany is a talented writer and tattoo artist that pretty much destroys whatever he touches….in a good way. Now, mostly all writers’ pieces & burners look good on the walls from a few feet back or in the pics on IG but there nowhere near as many whose work, when looked at close up, is just as fly as it is when you see the whole piece. They say the devil is in the details and with Perm they definitely ain’t bullshittin’. If your a fan of European graffiti, wildstyle especially, then you can see the roots in his letter structures, but this cat goes above and beyond with his burners, tats, and even sketches.
