Wheels On Steels Part 1 is a little bit different from the usual footage of writers and vandals just painting subway cars in a layup somewhere. This quick video features a two-man crew, one of which is a handicapped writer in a wheelchair, but that doesn’t hold him back from gettin’ busy as you’ll see in the video. Big respect to this guy for still catching wreck regardless of his personal situation.
