The Adidas Harlem Is Back After 40 Years
Adidas has been actively delving into its archives to revive forgotten sneaker models, and the latest addition to receive a new lease on life is the Adidas Harlem, which had been out of production for almost four decades.
In this reissue, the 1980s basketball sneaker stays true to its original design, preserving all the iconic elements that made it beloved. The initial release of this model was limited, creating a scarcity that had sneaker enthusiasts tirelessly searching for pairs over the years.
The reintroduced version of the adidas Harlem maintains its vintage charm, featuring supple white leather uppers and beige suede mudguard overlays. The Three Stripes branding on the medial side showcases a gradient-style design, with each stripe adorned in different shades of blue. The shoe’s simplistic aesthetic is complemented by the technologically advanced adidas Centennial Low soles, ensuring optimal comfort and agility.
