Refunds and Returns Policy

Refunds and Returns Policy is as follows:
If your purchase was made over 30 days ago, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and unused, just as it was when it was delivered.

Before returning any items, you must receive authorization from us, as not all products are eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred. We may also charge a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.

All sales made with a discount are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Condition Of Item

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed automatically and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a certain number of days.

Cancelled Orders

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the order has not been shipped yet, you may cancel it and receive a refund, although a restocking and administration fee of 15% of the order total will be deducted.

Clothing Returns & Refunds

All of our clothing products are printed in San Jose, California on an order-to-order basis. What this means is we do not refund or exchange any clothing items if the customer (or whoever places the order) ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind after they check out.

We do however offer a replacement if the printer ships a defective product, misprint, or wrong size item. You have 30 days from the date of purchase in order to get the replacement. If you try to get a replacement after the 30 days from date of purchase we will not be able to help you out because the printer only allows the 30 day window. When you need to get your replacement for damaged/misprinted/wrong item(s) please include your order number as well as a clear photo showing the issue. You can e-mail us at holler@hotrazzberry.com to notify us about the issue and we will give you instruction on how to proceed.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please take the following steps:

Check your bank account again to ensure that the refund has not been processed.
Contact your credit card company as they may have information regarding any pending refunds.
Contact your bank and inquire about any processing time required for refunds to be credited to your account.
If you have taken all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at holler@hotrazzberry.com for further assistance.

Sale Items

Discounted item sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

Please double-check your order before checkout is final to make sure your items and quantities are correct.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hotrazzberry.com.
