Shipping Info
Shipping policy is as follows;
Shipping on all domestic and international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service/USPS within 24 hours from when your order is received. Any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped that Monday.
Please make sure to enter all the right information at checkout to avoid any shipping delays or having your order sent to the wrong address. Make sure to include the correct zip code. If you enter the wrong address at checkout and the order is shipped to that address we will not be held responsible for either the products ordered or refunding the payment.
Shipping cost will depend on the size of your order’s weight, the shipping option you select, and where you are located. Our shipping prices/quotes are direct from the USPS servers so we have no way of controlling the prices for the shipping options.
If you need your order sent to a different address than the address attached to your credit/debit card or Paypal account (your billing address) make sure to select “ship to another address” when you check out and we will ship your package to that address. To be clear- whatever shipping address you enter when you check out is the address where the package will be shipped. Again, please make sure you enter the correct address because we will not be responsible for any errors on your part.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time on orders is as follows;
Domestic Shipping (inside the USA)
–USPS Ground Advantage: 1-5 days (small packages up to 3.999 pounds)
–Priority Mail: 1-3 days (packages 4.0 pounds and over)
–Priority Mail Flat Rate: 1-3 days (packages 4.0 pounds and over)
–USPS Ground: 2-5 days (packages and boxes)
International Shipping (outside the USA)
–First Class Mail International: 10-14 business days (small packages under 16oz.)
–Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days (packages 1.0 pound and over)
–Priority Mail Flat Rate International: 6-10 business days (packages 1.0 pound and over)

**Shipping insurance is available upon request. To add insurance to your order please e-mail us and we’ll handle it.
COVID-19 Restrictions
COVID-19 SUSPENSIONS FOR CERTAIN INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES
As of May 19, 2023 the United States Postal Service has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions. Please check this page for info on which countries are on the list. Any orders received from any countries on the list will have their payments refunded.
If you are a customer from outside the USA and happen to be on the list for suspended delivery and still place an order that does not arrive due to the suspension, we will not be held responsible for the products ordered or issuing any refunds. Once the order ships it is out of our hands.
Clothing & Apparel Orders
All t-shirts, sweatshirts and other custom printed apparel is shipped directly from our printer in San Jose, California. We use this method to cut back on overhead and storage space.
Any orders that contain clothing and other items like markers, stickers, caps, etc. will be split into two orders. The graffiti supplies will be shipped directly from us and the clothing will be shipped from the printer in San Jose, California. We will cover any extra shipping charges for split orders.
Clothing orders are usually printed within 24-48 hours then shipped immediately from our manufacturer. You will receive your package within 3-5 business days from date of purchase.
Make sure to select the correct size when adding any of the clothing items to your cart. If you select the wrong size item(s) we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. Please double-check to make sure everything is correct during checkout.

Payments
In order to protect both our customers and ourselves we use Stripe to process all online payments.
Stripe Secure Payments gateway accepts the following credit/bank & pre-paid cards:

Pre-Paid Debits Cards
Prepaid debit cards can be purchased pretty much anywhere. Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Home Depot, Loews, CVS & most drugs stores, Dollar Tree, Dollar General & most other discount stores, 711 & Wawa, and most big-chain convenience stores all sell prepaid debit cards.
If you need a prepaid debit card you can order them online from Chime, Green Dot, NetSpend or Brinks. Most, if not all of these pre-paid cards have a mobile app that, once downloaded, includes a virtual card that can be used immediately once you add money so you do not have to actually wait for a physical card to arrive in the mail. Money can be added at most of the stores mentioned above.
For anyone without a credit/debit card, and those of our younger customers that need to keep their graffiti shenanigans hidden from their parents, we also accept CashApp as payment. Just use this contact form or e-mail us at this address with the items (colors, sizes, quantity, etc.) and your full shipping address and we will give you the total to send through CashApp. Once payment is received we will process and ship your order.
CashApp is free to use and is available for both iPhone and Android.
We do not accept BitCoin or any crypto as a form of payment at this time, sorry.
