Nike Air Max Plus “Marseille”
Nike continues its trend of releasing new colorways for the Air Max Plus, drawing inspiration from various cities across the globe. Following the launches of the “Saint-Denis,” “Berlin,” and “Brixton” versions, the next installment pays tribute to the French city of “Marseille.”
The sneaker boasts a predominantly pristine white upper adorned with cerulean blue accents that mirror the color scheme of the Marseille Coat of Arms. The upper’s construction employs a mesh base layer, featuring a pattern resembling the grid-like design of the Velodrome stadium, characterized by grey lines forming a veined effect. The dynamic blue hues grace the gradient TPU panels and lace loops. Notably, the Flag of Marseille is elegantly incorporated as a jewel-like tongue logo. The iconic Swoosh stands out in silver, while the shoe rests atop a comprehensive Max Air cushioning system, providing optimal comfort. The white and blue gradient outsole further enhances the aesthetics.
Enthusiasts can anticipate the arrival of the Nike Air Max Plus “Marseille” in the upcoming fall season. These sneakers will be available at selected retailers and online on Nike‘s official platform, with a retail price of $180 USD.
