Burnish Finishes On The New Nike Cortez Colorway

This season, the Nike team has been pushing boundaries with their latest designs for the Cortez collection. They have collaborated with CLOT to create a shoe that can be worn in two different ways and have modified the shoe with oversized lace shrouds in a “Yin and Yang” motif. As we head into summer, the Swoosh team is preparing to release more inline colorways, including this three-toned iteration that features burnish finishes.

The uppers of this Cortez colorway are playful, with solid black toe boxes, Swooshes, and heels transitioning into a burgundy gradience that becomes more saturated towards the center of the quarter panel. “Coconut Milk” accents are present on the laces, tongues, and rear overlays, which are adorned with Nike Sportswear logos filled with burgundy. The midsoles are presented in a two-toned design, predominantly covered in maroon with an off-white stripe.
