Nike has discreetly brought back the Air Foamposite One to the sneaker market, with recent releases like the “Dream A World” gracing shelves this year. Looking ahead to 2024, the brand appears to be intensifying its releases for the silhouette, including the highly anticipated return of classics such as the “Galaxy” colorway. The rumored “Eggplant” colorway has been officially confirmed in Nike’s inaugural SNKRS Showcase for 2024. As the stealthy “Anthracite” version is on the verge of release, Nike has now unveiled the 2024 iteration of the “Eggplant.”
Following in the footsteps of the 2009 and 2017 releases, the “Eggplant” colorway features its distinctive upper with a metallic purple finish. Complementing this, black accents adorn the eyestays, collar, laces, and tongue. The sneaker’s outsole combines an icy, semi-translucent blue with a black tread, providing a polished finish to the overall design.
As of now, Nike has not officially disclosed the release date for the Air Foamposite One in the “Eggplant” colorway.
