Nike has introduced the Air Force 1 ’07 “Chicago,” a collaborative creation involving Chicago’s LDRS, Notre, RSVP, Saint Alfred, SVRN, and Succezz. This iteration commemorates the Great Chicago Fire of 1871 and the city’s resilience in the face of adversity.

The shoe features an aged leather base in a charcoal black and white color scheme, complemented by cream overlays. A vibrant fiery red accents the panel swoosh, while cow print on the medial side pays homage to the legend that attributes the fire to Mrs. O’Leary’s cow accidentally kicking over a lantern.

Distinct branding elements are evident on the pink, red, and black Nike Air heel logo, as well as a special Chicago skyline silhouette on the tongue tag and insoles. The sneaker sits atop a yellowed and aged midsole with a red outsole, and cream laces provide a polished finishing touch.

The Nike Air Force 1 ’07 “Chicago” is set to release on October 21 through Nike and select retailers, with a retail price of $145 USD.
