Nike “EYBL”-Themed Ja 1
During the NBA offseason, basketball enthusiasts have been closely watching the emergence of new talent in events like the Summer League and high school competitions such as Nike’s Elite Youth Basketball League (EYBL). These events not only showcase high-intensity play but also treat young players to special releases from renowned brands like Jordan Brand and Nike Basketball.
In 2023, both Jordan Brand and Nike Basketball released exclusive editions of their popular sneakers. Among them, the Air Jordan 37 received a unique treatment, coinciding with the “EYBL” theme. The shoes were officially unveiled by Nike, boasting a vibrant color scheme featuring “Melon Tint” and “Jade Ice” shades throughout the synthetic upper. The peach hue dominated the upper, complemented by fuchsia Swooshes. The heel displayed a captivating mix of colors with EYBL branding, paying homage to Ja Morant’s jersey number “12.” Black lining matched the base of the sole’s rear, adorned with yellow speckles. The forefoot portion of the sole unit showcased the “Jade Ice” shade with a translucent finish on the outsole.
While the Air Jordan 37 “EYBL” was released at the beginning of the previous month, Nike has not yet disclosed information about the launch dates of future pairs from this collection. However, fans can anticipate the arrival of the Ja 1 “EYBL” in the upcoming months. This highly-anticipated pair will be available through Nike and selected retailers, priced at $110 USD.
