The upcoming Nike Zoom LeBron NXXT Gen shoes draw inspiration from LeBron James’ former AAU team, the Summit Lake Hornets, evoking the design essence of the 2012 LeBron 9 silhouette. Scheduled for release in the upcoming spring, the “Summit Lake Hornets” colorway pays homage to its predecessor.
Presented in a vibrant color palette, the shoe features a purple base upper crafted from a combination of suede, mesh, and leather. Turquoise blue accents adorn the tongues, collar, as well as the double Swoosh logos on the lateral side, heel counter, and rubber outsole. The color scheme resonates with the current Charlotte Hornets team colors, but notably, this iteration deliberately omits the Hornets logo, distinguishing it from the LeBron 9 model.
Enthusiasts can anticipate the arrival of the Nike Zoom LeBron NXXT Gen “Summit Lake Hornets” at select retailers and online on Nike’s platform, with a retail price of $170 USD set for Spring 2024.
